Tai Chi stimulates and eases vital organs and joints for strength and flexibility. By circulating
and balancing the body’s vital Chi, gentle movements promote physical, mental and emotional
well-being.

The valuable exercises of Tai Chi affect the inner organs as well as the muscular structure;

Most students feel the effects quickly, experiencing profound relaxation during a beginning course. Tai Chi requires very little space, no bending or stretching and no special clothing.
